In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Portalis AI maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, users who are determined to be repeat infringers. A user may be deemed a repeat infringer if Portalis receives multiple valid notices of alleged infringement regarding that user's activity.

A user may be considered a repeat infringer if: (1) they have been the subject of two or more valid takedown notices, or (2) Portalis has verified a pattern of unauthorized use of third-party content, regardless of formal notice.
Portalis may use a combination of automated detection tools and human review to identify and mitigate the creation or publication of content that may infringe upon third-party intellectual property rights. Where necessary, we may also refer egregious or malicious activity to law enforcement or affected rights holders.
Portalis AI reserves the right (but not the obligation) to retain a record of all notices and counter-notices submitted under this Copyright Policy. We may also publish aggregated or anonymized transparency reports describing the volume and nature of intellectual property complaints received and the outcomes, to promote accountability and fair process.
